Being married to a food connoisseur, I always search for various recipies and try them out in my kitchen regularly. It goes without saying that food is the way to a man’s heart and in my case, it is absolutely true by all means. Some of the best recipies were got from my mother and my in-laws as my husband was addicted to the traditional way of cooking foods. He is also inclined more towards vegetarian foods than non vegetarian foods. I also consider him as my best critic and hence when I cook new dishes from the recipies got from the near and dear, I get his approval and suggestion to modify them before I serve them to my guests and children. The interest of cooling more kinds of foods and trying various recipies started during my early years of marriage itself as I wanted to impress my husband with my expertise in cooking variety of dishes. Since he toured a lot, I too traveled with him to many places. This gave me an opportunity to mingle with the local people of those places and also to get their recipies which I managed to treasure till now. My daughter too has taken my hobby of trying to cook various recipies and I think of passing my collection of recipies to her and her children. I feel, that way, I can stay in their memories forever and ever.
